Terms of Service
Last updated 19 July 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Haplia. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
The service
Haplia provides tools to connect social accounts, compose and schedule posts, and view analytics for content published through the service. Features may change over time as we improve the product.
Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Trial and billing
Haplia may offer a free trial without requiring a payment method up front. Paid plans, renewals, and cancellation rules will be presented at checkout when billing is enabled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.
Connected platforms
When you connect a third-party platform (such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, or Threads), you authorize Haplia to use the permissions you grant to provide the service. You must comply with each platform’s terms, community guidelines, and developer/API policies. Haplia’s use of those APIs is limited to the features you request — for example account connection, publishing you authorize, and analytics retrieval. Platforms may change, limit, or revoke API access; Haplia is not responsible for outages, policy changes, or enforcement actions by those platforms.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Haplia for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activity.
- Post content that violates a connected platform’s rules or infringes others’ rights.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer (except where permitted by law), or overload the service.
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or access another user’s account without permission.
Intellectual property
Haplia and its branding, software, and documentation remain our property (or our licensors’). You retain ownership of content you submit; you grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit that content solely to operate the service you request (including delivering it to platforms you connect).
Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect delivery timing, or that platform APIs will always accept your content.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Haplia and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, or data, arising from your use of the service. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim (or zero if you are on a free trial).
Termination
You may stop using Haplia and request account closure at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk/harm, or if we discontinue the service. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends; provisions that should survive (including IP, disclaimers, and liability limits) will survive.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise. Courts in Romania have exclusive jurisdiction for disputes, subject to those mandatory protections.
